Position Overview

We are looking for a highly confident, result-driven, and dynamic Sr. Strategic Account Manager (Sales Officer) to handle premium clients, develop long-term business relationships, and drive revenue growth in Bengaluru or Delhi.

The candidate can be based in either of these two citiesrental, food, and travel expenses will be fully covered by the organization as per company policy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop, and grow strategic customer accounts in the assigned region.

  • dentify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term clients.

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (QA Managers, Lab Heads, Purchase Managers, Production Heads, etc.).

  • Promote ScignoHub’s portfolio of diagnostic kits, instruments, and food safety solutions.

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demos, and technical discussions.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, management) for seamless customer support.

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasting, and planning for strategic growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–8 years of sales experience in Diagnostics / Lab Equipment / Food Safety / B2B Technical Sales.

  • Excellent communication, confidence, and presentation skills.

  • Strong negotiation, closing, and client-handling abilities.

  • Ability to manage high-value strategic accounts and maintain strong relationships.

  • Self-driven, proactive, and excited about field sales.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
