Job Description

  • Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales process improvement strategies.

  • Manage sales infrastructure and forecast and track key account metrics.

  • Exceed targets for new sales, referrals, and renewals as an individual contributor.

  • Source new sales opportunities through various channels.

  • Drive aggressive sales targets and effective client engagement.

  • Coordinate sales visits, demonstrate products, and build brand equity.

  • Provide written reports on sales territory actions and potential accounts.

  • Maintain accurate contact files in sales automation systems.

  • Run demos for prospects and adapt sales collateral as necessary.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.

  • Review sales performance regularly and aim to meet or exceed targets.

  • Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience with a proven track record.

  • Experience in defining sales tech requirements such as CRM or Salesforce.

  • Ability to understand and work on high-value sales cases.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.

  • Strong experience in sales, business development, and account management.

  • Ability to develop and motivate a workforce towards achieving challenging sales targets.

  • Familiarity with financial services sales and sales procedures.

  • Excellent communication skills for cold-calling, emailing, and client engagements.

  • Experience in market segmentation and developing sales strategies.

  • Experience in sales forecasting and reporting.

  • Knowledge of inside sales processes and strategies.

  • Experience in managing sales teams and ensuring sales goals are met.

  • Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time sales position based in region-specific areas.

  • Sales officers will be responsible for specific products and geographies to identify new customers.

  • The position requires collaboration with various departments like technology, design, marketing, and customer care.

  • Regular reporting on sales team performance and leadership is expected.

  • Candidates with experience in similar roles in sectors like banking, insurance, education, or fintech are preferred.

  • Sales support executives with MIS scanning experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Candidates with 3-4 years of experience as regional sales managers are welcome to apply.
