Job Description

As a Sales Officer specializing in Building Materials Sales, your role involves promoting and selling construction-related products, establishing and nurturing client relationships, achieving sales targets, providing comprehensive product information, and coordinating with clients. It is crucial to possess strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of construction materials and market trends. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell building materials products - Establish and maintain client relationships - Achieve sales targets - Provide detailed product information - Coordinate with clients effectively Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in building materials - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Good understanding of construction materials and market trends Please note that the preferred age for this position is below 35, and male candidates are preferred. Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near the surrounding areas of Mannarkkad, Cherpulassery, and Pattambi.
