SALES OFFICER

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding customers through the vehicle buying process while ensuring an excellent customer experience from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle models.
• Handle incoming sales enquiries and generate new leads through field activity and referrals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to support the customer decision-making process.
• Present finance, insurance, and add-on options in coordination with respective teams.
• Coordinate the complete sales process, including documentation and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the sales system.
• Participate in regular product and skills training as required by the company.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automotive or field sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with a positive and professional attitude.
