Key Responsibilities:
To Identify the prospects for new dealer or distributor for retail division To execute the sales with the help of sales kit.
Sales Targets Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and monitoring performance metrics.
Book orders on daily basis from the dealers or distributors.
Drives contest for sales achievement for dealers.
Ensuring meets with painters, contractors or architects.
Coordination with production and quality team for feedbacks and improving product quality.
Coordination with product development team for existing product enhancements.
Implementation of marketing activities with the help of team to increase visibility of organization.
Tracking the payment status with the help of accounts staff and ensuring smooth flow of funds.
Ensuring problem resolution with the help customer care team.
Work from only allowed 2 days in month.
Requisite Skills:
Must have at least 2 to 5 years work experience in dealer development division.
Must have 2 to 5 years work experience in paint industry.
Expert in sales forecasting and negotiations.
Strong financial analysis skill.
Good people synergizing skills.
Team work skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 8 per week
