Job Description

  • Must have 4-6 years of experience in marketing & sales of bulk/industrial chemicals.
  • Design sales incentives to drive business objectives, conduct territory analysis, and define sales strategies for maximum effectiveness.
  • Develop a healthy sales pipeline that exceeds quota expectations by implementing national sales plans.
  • Experience in financial product sales is an added advantage.
  • Responsible for hiring an Area Sales Manager for food ingredients/flavours/food seasoning at a well-known company.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets in accordance with the set goals.
  • Recruit, lead, and continuously train a team of strong sales managers.
  • Generate MIS reports on sales and collections on a regular basis.
  • Supervise the smooth implementation of marketing and field activities for sales promotion.
  • Identify market needs and new opportunities to input to respective regional sales managers.
  • Develop and implement brand new sales operations processes to ensure high output and growth.
  • Liaise closely with pre-sales and application teams to conduct online/in-person meetings.
  • Drive sales in the APAC region, doubling two trends to build a strong cross-border brand.
  • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
  • Drive B2B sales with a technology-oriented, results-oriented approach.
  • Support the overall business objectives by enabling the sales team with specific requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales officers assigned to specific products and geographies.
  • Participate in daily sales pipeline calls, conduct weekly and monthly reviews, and lead daily team huddles.
  • Evaluate sales performance, aiming to meet and exceed targets; contribute to the development of sales plans for business growth.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound calls/emails.
  • Coordinate the involvement of personnel, including pre-sales and management resources, to achieve assigned targets and profitable sales.
  • Collaborate with enablement functions to ensure executives are equipped with the desired tools and collaterals.
  • Responsible for interacting with partner sales teams to acquire leads.
  • Drive sales of credit cards, point-of-sale financing, home loans, car loans, and education loans.
  • Responsible for back-end support for front-line salespeople in terms of arranging quotations and technical information.
  • Close large enterprise deals focusing on value proposition-based sales.
