Team Leadership & DevelopmentRecruit, train, and mentor sales executives or representatives. Conduct regular performance reviews, sales training, and motivation programs to boost productivity. Foster a high-performance sales culture that encourages ownership, innovation, and accountability. 3. Client Acquisition & Relationship ManagementIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. 4. Sales Operations & ReportingManage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing deals and post-sale follow-up. Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and performance reports for senior leadership. 5. Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing, product development, and customer support to align go-to-market strategies. Provide market insights and customer feedback to support product innovation and improvement. Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and payment collection. 6. Market Intelligence & Competitor AnalysisConduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements. Adjust sales strategies based on market feedback and shifting customer needs.
