Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and online partners. Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and promotional partnerships. Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, online campaigns, and website content. Manage room and banquet sales, group bookings, and event inquiries. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Prepare monthly sales reports and performance analyses for management review. Collaborate with the operations and front office team to ensure guest satisfaction and brand consistency. Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and corporate meetings. Ensure adherence to branding standards and marketing budgets.
