We are expanding our presence across the NCR region and are looking for a result-driven Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing operations and brand growth. --- Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for NCR. Manage digital marketing, local promotions, and dealer engagement programs. Coordinate on-ground marketing for builders, contractors, and retail customers. Plan and oversee brand events, outdoor promotions, and showroom activities. Track competitor activities and identify new business opportunities in NCR. Manage marketing budget and measure campaign performance (ROI). Lead and guide the NCR marketing team to achieve monthly goals. --- Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in marketing (preferably construction/building materials). Strong understanding of digital and field marketing. Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills.
