Role OverviewThe Head of Sales & Marketing will lead HomeRaaga’s growth across all property verticals — from traditional rentals to fractional investments. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and on-ground execution. You’ll drive revenue targets, strengthen the sales pipeline, and oversee marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and lead generation. Key ResponsibilitiesSales LeadershipBuild, train, and manage a high-performing sales team (field + inside sales). Drive end-to-end property sales, rentals, and fractional opportunity conversions. Set and track weekly and monthly sales targets; report performance to management. Establish strong relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants. Collaborate with the legal and operations teams to ensure smooth closure of transactions. Marketing & Brand GrowthOversee digital and offline marketing campaigns — Google Ads, Meta Ads, emailers, WhatsApp marketing, and local promotions. Manage the creative pipeline (posters, property videos, and campaigns) with the marketing team. Optimize listings on the HomeRaaga website, real-estate portals, and social channels. Strengthen brand identity and engagement across online platforms. Strategic PlanningContribute to pricing strategy, market expansion, and partnership initiatives. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales and marketing strategy. Work closely with leadership to forecast demand and support business growth plans. RequirementsBachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 5+ years of experience in real estate sales and marketing. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team. Strong understanding of Bangalore’s real-estate market. Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred), lead funnels, and digital marketing.
