Sales & Marketing Manager (Photography & Creative Tech)Location: Hyderabad (Office-based with field visits)
Department: Sales & Marketing | Reports to: Admin Manager – India
Languages: Hindi, English, Telugu (must)
Role Summary Drive bookings for photography/videography event shoots, manage event lead-to-delivery coordination, sell EditPoint products/services from the office, conduct client demos/presentations, and own revenue growth with disciplined call and time management.
Key Responsibilities Photography Event Shoots Booking
Handle inbound/outbound leads for weddings, birthdays, saree functions, corporate & school events.
Prepare packages, quotes, and close bookings with advances (GPay/UPI).
Coordinate with PhotoMama / production teams for date lock, crew assignment, and checklists.
Events Management
Create event plans (timeline, crew, gear, logistics).
Client confirmation calls, reminders, and on-day coordination with team lead.
Post-event handover to post-production (photos, videos, album requirements).
Office Product Sales
Sell EditPoint software (AlbumPoint, TitlePoint PRO, DemoPoint, EDIUS 11, etc.) and services (printing, gifts, training).
Maintain walk-in/phone/online sales funnel; generate invoices and receipts; update CRM daily.
Client Demos & Visits
Schedule and conduct on-site demos (software/workflows/equipment).
Prepare demo kits, gather requirements, and convert to sales with timely follow-ups.
Presentations & Pitches
Build and deliver persuasive presentations (PPT/Google Slides) for clients, schools, corporates, and associations.
Support expos/workshops with stall briefings and product showcases.
Communication & Internet Skills
Professional email/WhatsApp communication, basic Canva/Docs/Sheets, social media lead capture.
Maintain accurate lead data in CRM; update daily MIS.
Call & Time Management
Structured calling hours, call logs, callbacks, and appointment calendars.
Weekly pipeline reviews; daily to-do planning and end-of-day reporting.
Must-Have SkillsStrong sales closing ability; negotiation & objection handling.
Presentation & demo skills (screen share, projector, client boardroom).
Fluent in Hindi, English, Telugu.
Internet & computer skills (Google Workspace, basic design tools, CRM).
Excellent call discipline and time management.
Eligibility2–5 years in Sales/BD (events/photography/printing/software preferred).
Graduate (MBA/Marketing is a plus).
Two references from previous employers/clients.
KPIs (Measured Monthly)Event bookings confirmed (count & revenue).
Product sales (units & value).
Lead-to-booking conversion rate & average ticket size.
Number of qualified client demos/meetings.
CRM hygiene (100% daily updates) & on-time reports.
Client satisfaction (NPS/feedback) & repeat business.
Work DetailsTiming: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Mon–Sat); Sundays for events if required (comp off).
Travel: Local client visits & events as scheduled.
Tools: Company SIM/WhatsApp Business, CRM access, presentation templates.
CompensationFixed salary (as per experience) + performance incentives on bookings & product sales.
Travel & demo expenses reimbursed as per policy.
