Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager Overview: We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team, specializing in the sale of industrial equipment, fuel dispensers, and lubrication systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems, along with strong sales acumen to effectively communicate product value to clients. This role requires a dynamic, self-driven individual capable of developing business opportunities, building lasting customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets for industrial equipment, fuel dispensers, and lubrication systems. Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product lines including pneumatic systems, fuel dispensing units, lubrication equipment, and their industrial applications. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with potential clients such as industries, workshops, fuel stations, and OEMs. Technical Consultation: Understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions that align with their operational needs. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver engaging presentations and on-site demonstrations highlighting the efficiency, features, and benefits of our products. Proposal & Documentation: Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and technical documentation in response to customer inquiries. Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor offerings, and potential growth areas. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, service, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. After-Sales Support: Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain customer satisfaction post-installation. Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent field). Proven experience in technical or industrial equipment sales, preferably in fuel dispensing or lubrication systems. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, pneumatic principles, and related technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical details. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel frequently for client visits, demos, and trade events.
