2 Formation and Implementation of strategy for business development.
3 Support sales team in execution of Weekly, Monthly sales targets.
4 Manage relationships with customers for Supply Chain and Logistics movement.

7 Development of relationship with customers.
8 Tracking leads progress with Regional Heads and Sales team.
9 Assisting Regional Heads and Sales team in identifying sales opportunities, prospects and end customers in the market.
10 Organizing training for Sales team on regular basis with the help of Regional Heads.
11 Monitor and evaluate the sales performance.
12 Sending marketing and sales action plan periodically to Regional Head and HO.
13 Finding link or key selling opportunities utilizing both old and new contacts.
14 Sharing marketing research determinations with Regional Heads and Sales team, CRM, MIS and Operations team.
15 Following up direct sales leads.
16 Assisting in creation, co-ordination and production of marketing collateral, press releases and exhibition graphics.
17 Generating intelligence of company competitors.
18 Building and managing sales force.
19 Assisting in preparing comparisons with competitors.
20 Assisting customers in the operations and answering their queries.
21 Coordinating and representing recruitment exhibitions, literature festivals, trade fairs, and other events, including follow of contacts.
22 Seeking out new promotional opportunities for the Company.
23 Month wise budget monitoring with actual budget.
24 Identifying new services and market opportunities.
25 Identifying areas of improvement and developing business.
