🎯 EditPoint India – Digital Marketing Executive📋 Job Title:Digital Marketing Executive
🕒 Working Hours:9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Sunday – Holiday / Special Event Support if required
🌐 Primary Objective:Plan, design, and execute digital marketing strategies to promote all EditPoint Group brands, products, services, events, and offers through social media, web, and digital platforms.

📌 Core Responsibilities1. Content Planning & CreationPrepare monthly marketing calendar for all brands (software, festivals, offers, events).
Create engaging content for:
Posters, Reels, Stories, Short Videos, Banners, and WhatsApp creatives.
Coordinate with designers (Salman / Lokesh) for graphics and visuals.
Ensure all posts maintain brand colors, fonts, and logo placements.
2. Social Media ManagementManage and post regularly on all official pages:
Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp, Google Business.
Maintain consistency in hashtags, captions, and post frequency.
Respond to messages, comments, and leads promptly.
Plan weekly boosted post / ad campaigns (if applicable).
3. Website & Blog UpdatesAdd new offers, training announcements, and software updates to the website.
Post articles, success stories, and testimonials (with approval from Shub).
Ensure SEO-friendly descriptions and meta keywords are used.
4. Campaigns & PromotionsRun digital campaigns for:
New product launches (AlbumPoint, TitlePoint PRO, etc.)
Training sessions, expos, and workshops
Festival greetings and discounts
Monitor campaign reach, clicks, and engagement.
5. Lead ManagementCollect leads from WhatsApp, Telegram, YouTube, and web forms.
Forward qualified leads to the Sales Team (Telecaller / Front Office).
Maintain Excel/CRM records of leads and follow-ups.
6. Event & Workshop PromotionDesign promotional plans for expos, workshops, and launch events.
Handle registration forms, Google Ads / Meta Ads (if required).
Prepare photo & video highlights for post-event posting.
7. Coordination & ApprovalsWork closely with:
Ramesh Sir (for concepts, events & creative direction)
Submit weekly report every Saturday evening with posting summary & analytics.
8. Analytics & ReportingTrack engagement, followers, and conversion data.
Suggest improvements for post timing, design type, and caption tone.
Maintain digital report file (monthly summary).

✅ Key Skills RequiredKnowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google My Business
Basic design skills (Canva / Photoshop)
Good written communication in English & Telugu
Awareness of photography, design, and software industry preferred
Positive attitude, creativity, and consistent execution
🎓 Qualification (Preferred)Any Degree / Diploma with marketing knowledge
Certification in Digital Marketing or Graphic Design is an advantage
