Our teams operate across North America, Asia, and Latin America, supporting enterprise clients through flexible delivery models and deep domain expertise.  Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager  Company: Dilato Infotech  Location: Hybrid – Delhi NCR (Delhi & Gurgaon)  Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)  Job Type: Full-Time   Position Overview  We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this hybrid role based in Delhi NCR, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth across IT services. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative sales approach, a strong understanding of IT service delivery, and the ability to work closely with senior leadership and delivery teams.    Key Responsibilities  Identify, engage, and convert prospects into long-term clients across IT service verticals.  Manage the complete business development lifecycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and contract negotiation.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels, including technical and procurement teams.  Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to develop tailored service offerings and solutions.  Report directly to the CEO on pipeline progress, key opportunities, market trends, and strategy.  Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular forecasts and performance reports.  Attending client meetings on-site in Delhi and Gurgaon, as needed, while working remotely for the remainder.    Required Qualifications  Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.  3–7 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT services industry.  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.  Strong understanding of IT service domains such as QA/testing, AI data processing, or localization.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting and travel locally within the Delhi NCR region.  Preferred Qualifications  Prior experience working with enterprise clients in software or technology sectors.  Familiarity with offshore/nearshore delivery models and global team structures.  Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.  Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, or QA automation tools.
