Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Lead, based in Kochi.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business leads across India and international markets
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate inbound leads
• Pitch software, web, and digital solutions to potential clients
• Build strong client relationships and manage the sales pipeline effectively
• Collaborate with technical and design teams to align business development with deliverables
• Represent the company at relevant industry events, meetups, and networking forums

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales/marketing roles within a software development / web solutions company
• Strong Communication skills
• Strong understanding of B2B tech service sales and digital marketing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to train and develop the sales team
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the technology or media industry is a plus
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
