Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Support & Communication Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally. Coordinate with clients for order status, quotations, and delivery schedules. Follow up with customers for approvals, payments, and documentation. 2. Quotation & Documentation Management Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and technical documents in coordination with the engineering/sales team. Maintain a database of all inquiries, quotations, orders, and client communications. Generate and manage Work Orders, Purchase Orders (POs), and Delivery Challans. 3. Order & Dispatch Coordination Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams for order fulfillment. Track delivery timelines and communicate status to clients. Maintain records of dispatched materials and acknowledgment receipts. 4. MIS & Reporting Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline status. Assist in monthly and quarterly sales analysis and forecasting. Update CRM, order tracking sheets, and client master data. 5. Support to Sales Team Assist senior sales staff in pre- and post-sales activities. Arrange client meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action points. Coordinate with accounts for invoicing, credit notes, and payment follow-ups. Preferred Skills: Experience working in aluminium, glass, façade, or construction materials industry. Knowledge of CRM tools and customer database handling. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
