Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to spearhead promotional campaigns, drive student/customer acquisition, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging both digital and traditional channels to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Conversion
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, events, and referrals.
• Convert leads into enrollments/sales through persuasive communication and follow-ups.
• Marketing Campaigns
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, SEO) and offline channels (flyers, events, partnerships).
• Should have the experience to take the live sessions on colleges and various firms.
• Brand Promotion
• Represent the organization at events, expos, and community outreach programs.
• Develop promotional materials and coordinate with designers and vendors.
• Market Research
• Analyze competitor strategies, market trends, and customer feedback to refine marketing approaches.
• Prepare reports and insights for management review.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or educational outreach
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
