Sales & Marketing Executive

As a Sales Executive in the panel industry, your main responsibility is to drive sales of products such as plywood, MDF, particleboards, ACP, or other panel products used in construction, furniture, and interior design. You will need to build relationships with clients, identify sales opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales of panel products in the construction, furniture, and interior design sectors. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. - Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet revenue targets. - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Qualifications Required: - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the panel, construction, or building materials industry. - Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to build and nurture professional relationships, self-motivated with excellent time-management skills. Knowledge of panel products and their applications is a plus. In addition to the above, you may be required to engage in fieldwork to visit clients and sites, with occasional office work. Travel may also be necessary based on client locations and industry events. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement. The work schedule is during the day shift, and performance bonuses as well as yearly bonuses may be offered based on your achievements.
