As a Sales Executive in our company, your primary role will involve achieving targets within the set timelines. You will be responsible for performing any assigned activities and reporting to the concerned manager in a timely manner. Your tasks will include generating and following up on appropriate leads, both online and in the field. Additionally, you will be expected to submit daily work reports and contribute to designing sales promotions in your assigned cadre. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct team and individual presentations to the concerned groups or customers - Negotiate with clients/customers to secure deals - Close sales when necessary and as directed by your assigned manager - Strict adherence to all assigned tasks Qualifications Required: - Completed any undergraduate degree - Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate/construction sales - Proficiency in speaking Telugu, Hindi, and English - Willingness to travel to distant places when required - Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint The salary for this position ranges from 15k to 18k, with incentives based on performance.,
