Sales & Marketing Executive

You are a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager responsible for leading business development efforts in the paper printing and packaging industry. Your main tasks include developing strategic sales plans, establishing strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. A deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and customer needs in both B2B and B2C environments is crucial for success. Your key responsibilities will involve developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities in sectors such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, and retail. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and partners, monitoring market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adjust strategies, managing a team of sales representatives and marketing professionals, overseeing brand development, product positioning, and marketing campaigns, coordinating with production and design teams, preparing regular sales forecasts, budgets, reports, and presentations, and attending industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred) and a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the paper, printing, or packaging industry. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth, strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, in-depth knowledge of packaging solutions, materials, and production processes, proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools, and willingness to travel as required are essential requirements. Preferred skills for this position include knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly packaging trends, an existing network within key industry sectors (FMCG, pharma, food & beverage), and experience in digital marketing and lead generation strategies.,
