Job Purpose Responsible for optimizing and managing operations / Flow of material within a warehouse which include ensuring that Parts are stored, handled, and transported efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. Key Responsibilities Design and develop logistics processes including warehouse layout planning and facility creation for new warehousing setups. Ensure optimal material flow, space utilization, and safety compliance during layout development Prepare and execute annual CAPEX and revenue budgets for logistics operations. Manage end-to-end 3PL operations including contract negotiation, SLA definition, and performance monitoring. Develop LRBs for new parts including planning and implementation of Returnable Packaging solutions. Focus on cost-effective and sustainable packaging to reduce supply chain waste. Implement Kitting at Line Side, reducing line-side inventory and improving assembly efficiency. Facilitate smooth material flow during New Product Introductions (NPIs) including initial setup, line feeding, and handover processes. Create and update storage and line-side locations for new or modified parts. Experience Required At least 8-15 years of experience in plant logistics, inventory management, or supply chain operations. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THE POST OF BU HEAD - PAPER Vacancy: 1 Experience: 8+ Years Position Overview: We are looking for a seasoned and visionary Business Unit Head Paper Packaging to lead our business focused on delivering sustainable, innovative, and industry-compliant paper packaging solutions for the Food, Pharma, Cosmetics, and Perfumery sectors. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, business development expertise, and team leadership to drive growth and profitability in this rapidly evolving domain. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Leadership & Strategy: Manage the P&L for the Paper Packaging Business Unit, driving top-line and bottom-line growth. Define and execute long-term strategic plans aligned with industry trends and sustainability goals. 2. Market Development & Sales Growth: Develop and expand the customer base across the food, pharma, cosmetics, and perfumery segments. Drive sales of primary, secondary, and tertiary paper-based packaging such as cartons, sleeves, inserts, labels, and rigid boxes. Leverage existing and new channels to grow business domestically and in export markets. 3. Product Innovation & Customization: Stay updated with global packaging trends, materials, finishes, and regulatory standards. Work with design and R&D teams to develop differentiated, brand-centric, and compliant packaging solutions. Promote sustainable and eco-friendly packaging practices. 4. Client Management: Build strategic partnerships with key accounts and brand owners. Oversee high-level client engagements and ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction and repeat business. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with production, design, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely delivery, compliance, and innovation. (Packaging Technology / Printing / Mechanical / Industrial), MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Development, or Operations (preferred) Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in paper-based packaging, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience with premium and sustainable packaging formats is a strong advantage. Key Skills & Competencies: Deep understanding of packaging needs for FMCG, Pharma, Cosmetics, and Luxury/Perfumery brands. Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset. Expertise in materials such as duplex board, kraft, virgin papers, specialty papers, and recycled papers In-depth knowledge of printing, finishing, and converting processes Strong client-facing and negotiation skills Excellent leadership and interpersonal capabilities Understanding of regulatory requirements for packaging in food and pharma sectors Creative thinking with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand alignment

Lead the logistics team. Required Candidate profile Experienced logistics manager skilled in dispatch operations, shipment tracking & export compliance. Adept at implementing automation in packaging processes & driving cost reduction initiatives.

Candidate should know packaging (glass, plastic, paper, corrugate), QC checks, FMCG standards, bottles/caps specs, drawings, and reporting. Knowledge of plastic molding/glass bottles is a plus. Preferably from FMCG. Autocade Knowledge is preferable.
