Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Packaging Design
Certification in New Product Development (e.g., NPDP/PDMA)
5 to 7 years experience in new product development (preferably in food or beverage industry)
Strong knowledge of materials (paper, board, tin, ceramics, glass)
Familiarity with sustainable packaging and production practices
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Kissflow)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support full-cycle product development, from concept to launch
Analyze briefs, understand market trends, and gather competitor insights
Collaborate with marketing, production, and UK teams
Source packaging and raw materials, and coordinate trials
Manage timelines, costing, BOMs, and documentation
Conduct product testing and ensure regulatory compliance
Recommend innovative and sustainable packaging solutions
Utilize software and AI tools to improve efficiency
Maintain clear records of all development stages and updates
