The NPD will be responsible for end-to-end management of new product development processes in the aftermarket automotive (or relevant) sector. This includes concept feasibility, sample collection and development, drawing reviews, BOM preparation, prototype delivery, and ensuring compliance with quality and industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess cross-functional coordination skills and strong technical know-how to deliver high-quality, cost-effective new products within timelines.
