Follow-up and liaison with Vendor for financing of CASE/CE contracts Manage and improve manpower productivity through effective dealership coverage. Manage and improve P&L for the assigned territory. Provide services as per defined parameters to end customers, dealers and Brand. Ensure there are no first payment defaults for both AG and CE through follow-up. Monitor and support collections team for healthy retail portfolio. To ensure required Book value realization for repo assets thru brands Control and Manage submission of Registration certificate as per the norms. Provide regular feedback with value addition to HO on competition. Work with the PLPVs to create field test plans. Audit the prototype and production tractors for quality, completeness and potential issues before sending the units for the field testing. Manage shipment of the test units to the field locations. Manage Field technicians and operators, handle incidental expenses and failures in the field. Analyze the field performance for productivity and fitness for use. Trouble shoot field failures from a proper technical perspective to identify the root cause and potential corrective actions. Prepare reports and incident logs to communicate clearly with the rest of the organization, particularly with design engineering to ensure design corrective action. Complete all of the above activities in tight timelines as per the program requirements and customer field complaints.
