Job Purpose Seeking candidates for a Manufacturing Process Engineer. Person will be responsible for develop, finalizing & implementing assembly and testing process from manufacturing engineering point of view to ensure quality, cost and efficiency requirements are met. This position troubleshoots problems in production and takes corrective action. The process engineer also researches the purchase of equipment or upgrades to existing equipment. Key Responsibilities Optimize process yield and productivity through continuous improvement programs Generate and update work instructions for production processes as required Participate in New Product Development process to evaluate concepts, design, prototype and test Low-cost automation. Identify and lead implementation of new and enhanced assembly and testing capabilities Design and develop fixtures and tooling including selection and coordination with suppliers Create, update and maintain manufacturing documents for pre-production until builds for design verification, design validation and process validation Collaborate with engineering to resolve customer quality issues and develop Engine assembly and testing process accordingly. Experience Required Minimum 10 – Maximum 15 years of experience Preferred Qualifications Education – BE/Btech – Mechanical Handson experience of design software’s like AutoCAD, SolidWorks etc . Experience in development, implementation and maintenance of quality systems and processes Knowledge and experience in Process automation Able to accomplish root cause analysis and resolve problems on a conceptual and advanced troubleshooting level Knowledge of ISO standards, audits and inspection techniques, and experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 certification in a supporting role.
