About the Role

Inda Haveli by Intara is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager to drive revenue, strengthen brand visibility, and foster strong relationships in the hospitality market. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel sales, digital marketing, and guest acquisition strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve room and banquet revenue targets.
• Handle corporate, FIT, MICE, travel trade, and online sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporates, and event planners.
• Conduct sales visits, presentations, and client meetings to generate new business.
• Manage OTA platforms (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, etc.).
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market competition analysis.

Marketing

• Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and other platforms.
• Support brand-building activities—content creation, photography coordination, collaborations.
• Work with influencers and local partners to increase visibility and footfall.
• Plan and promote seasonal offers, packages, and events.
• Maintain the hotel's brand presence across online and offline channels.

Guest & Market Engagement

• Identify new market opportunities (destination weddings, photoshoots, boutique stays).
• Participate in tourism fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
• Handle client inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the hotel/hospitality industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of OTAs, channel managers, and CRM tools.
• Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and analytics.
• Ability to work independently and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Strong network in Udaipur tourism & hospitality (preferred).
