We tie up with new-age education and community entrepreneurs and help them grow their offline/blended presence in several neighborhoods.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of prior work experience, who are looking to understand what it takes to get a startup off the ground;
- Freshers can apply, but will need to have prior internship experiences.
- This is a sales generalist role - we do not want candidates who want to focus only on doing 1 or 2 things. We want candidates who are willing to learn new things required to move the company forward.
- A Candidate should be comfortable working in ambiguity and with failure.
- We want self-starters who can 'figure it out' and 'run with it'.
- You will often be the first and only person on a new initiative before that initiative is proven to recruit a team for it.
- A genuine interest in learning and community building.
- This is NOT A remote job. Our office is in South Delhi. You will be required to come to the office.
Primary Responsibilities - 60-70% Of Your Time
Parent Communication & Support
- This role combines relationship management with sales accountability—ensuring every parent feels valued while driving enrollment and revenue growth. You’ll nurture trust with families, convert inquiries into admissions, and help children access enriching programs.
- Act as the first point of contact for parents via phone calls, messages, and in-person.
- Provide timely updates about programs, schedules, events, and student progress.
- Handle inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
Enrollment & Engagement
- Proactively follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals to achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Conduct tours, program presentations, and trial sessions to convert prospects into enrolled students.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads through outreach, follow-ups, and community networking.
- Track conversion metrics and share weekly sales reports with management.
- Maintain accurate student and parent records.
- Organize parent meetings, feedback sessions, and community events to strengthen engagement.
- Manage the end-to-end life cycle of leads - Answer parent enquiries into paying customers and handle the re-enrolment cycle of parents, including travelling to Centers and meeting parents for trial classes.
- Ensure timely collection of fees, renewals, and documentation.
- Support open houses, workshops, and events to showcase programs and drive enrollments.
Program Coordination
- Collaborate with coaches/teachers to share progress reports and attendance updates with parents.
- Communicate schedule changes, holidays, or special events effectively.
- Support team during events, classes, or emergencies by coordinating with parents.
Administrative & Reporting
- CRM data Management, Conversion funnel optimisation and business dashboarding -
- Maintain and update the data in CRM to give a real-time view on the revenue cycle
- Help setup the CRM, and conversion funnel automation mechanism,
- Analysing leads data and interpreting important insights to improve the sales process
- report the sales cycle funnels for various company products and partnerships on a weekly/ fortnightly and monthly basis
- Keep parent communication logs and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
- Track and follow up on fee payments and enrollment renewals.
- Handle billing for the enrolled and re-enrolled parents
- Child attendance and assessment.
Secondary Responsibilities - 30-35% of your time
- Facilitate a program from the Curio repository of programs.
- Work with the Marketing teams to help improve quality of leads
- Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Improve existing curriculum and come up with new lesson plans
- Help with new center tieups - Interact with school administrators at times.
- Participate in teacher recruitment and training drives to select and mentor new teachers
- Collaborate with other teams/members of the company to fill in at times of emergency
- Help launch new products and new neighborhoods.
Full-Time Timings and Engagement:
We have a 5.5-day week engagement with full-time facilitators
- Tue to Sat - 9:30 to 7:30 pm plus
- Either Monday's second half 2:30 to 7:30 pm or Sunday's First half - 9:30 am to 2:30 pm (depending on batch formation/allocation, at the discretion of the company)
