Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Team Leader / Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a team of Freelance Advisors who will sell our financial products. You will also be actively involved in selling products yourself, thereby contributing both as a manager and a sales contributor. The position offers a competitive salary plus performance-based incentives. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Recruitment: Team Recruitment: Actively recruit Freelance Advisors to expand the sales team. Ensure the team consists of high-performing individuals capable of meeting sales targets. Training & Development: Provide product training, sales techniques, and ongoing coaching to Freelance Advisors to ensure they are equipped to sell products effectively. Performance Monitoring: Set performance goals and monitor the daily, weekly, and monthly performance of your team. Provide feedback, guidance, and support to help your team achieve their targets. Motivation & Support: Create a positive, motivating work environment by driving engagement and providing regular incentives to high performers. Team Coordination: Manage the overall coordination between your team and management. Facilitate communication and ensure alignment with company objectives. Sales Target Achievement: Self-Sales: Actively participate in the sales process by promoting and selling financial products such as loans, insurance, investment products, and credit cards. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products (loans, insurance, investments, credit cards) and ensure that the team is updated regularly on product features and benefits. Client Acquisition: Help your team generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and close deals by providing guidance, support, and a structured sales process. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to ensure the team meets or exceeds its sales targets. Reporting & Analysis: Sales Reporting: Track and report on the team's sales performance, ensuring all sales activities are properly documented. KPIs & Metrics: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of both your individual sales and the sales team's performance. Regular Updates: Provide weekly/monthly reports to senior management regarding team performance, challenges, and areas for improvement. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial products like loans, insurance, investments, or credit cards. Experience in team management or leadership is a strong plus. Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of freelance sales professionals. Sales Expertise: Excellent sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build rapport with both team members and clients. Training Abilities: Ability to mentor and train a diverse team, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to succeed. Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRMs, sales tracking tools, and online platforms.
