Digital Marketing Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with daily coordination and client follow-ups
• Communicate with clients professionally and maintain excellent customer service
• Support lead generation and client outreach initiatives
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance) for seamless execution
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and performance trackers
• Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups for the sales team
• Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional events and digital campaigns
• Understand client requirements and scope of work to suggest appropriate digital marketing solutions
• Apply knowledge of LinkedIn and Email Marketing to support outreach and campaign efforts
• Maintain a working understanding of SEO, PPC, and core digital marketing principles

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, sales processes, and client relationship management
• Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and email campaign tools is a plus
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (preferred but not mandatory)
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn in a team-driven environment
