What You’ll Do:

• Drive business development & acquisition of new clients in supply chain finance and working capital
• Build & manage relationships with corporate clients, supply chain partners, banks, and other stakeholders
• Structure deals, negotiate terms, and close financing solutions
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, risk, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and identify growth opportunities
• Lead, mentor & scale a high-performance sales team (if applicable)
• Hit and exceed revenue, margin, and growth targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience (5+ years) in financial services, especially in supply chain finance, factoring, trade finance, or working capital
• Deep understanding of supply chains, cash flow cycles, financial products & risk
• Strong negotiation, presentation & relationship management skills
• Experience working with corporates, banks, and financial institutions
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
• Leadership skills & ability to inspire sales teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field (MBA preferred)
