As a Sales Manager at Nextbull Finance specializing in Supply Chain Finance & Working Capital solutions, your role is crucial in driving business development and acquisition of new clients. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with corporate clients, supply chain partners, banks, and other stakeholders. Your expertise in structuring deals, negotiating terms, and closing financing solutions will be vital in ensuring smooth execution by collaborating with underwriting, operations, risk, and legal teams. Monitoring market trends, competitor offerings, and identifying growth opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you may lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Drive business development & acquisition of new clients in supply chain finance and working capital - Build & manage relationships with corporate clients, supply chain partners, banks, and other stakeholders - Structure deals, negotiate terms, and close financing solutions - Collaborate with underwriting, operations, risk, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution - Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and identify growth opportunities - Lead, mentor & scale a high-performance sales team (if applicable) - Hit and exceed revenue, margin, and growth targets Qualifications Required: - Proven sales experience (2+ years) in financial services, especially in supply chain finance, factoring, trade finance, or working capital - Deep understanding of supply chains, cash flow cycles, financial products & risk - Strong negotiation, presentation & relationship management skills - Experience working with corporates, banks, and financial institutions - Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills - Leadership skills & ability to inspire sales teams - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Bachelors degree in finance, business, or related field (MBA preferred) At Nextbull Finance, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in scaling businesses' financial health.
