Executive - Legal

You will be responsible for processing LRN to the delinquent customers, Initiating Arbitration proceedings, monitoring Sec.138, Execution and Lok Adalats.

• Should have good inter-personal skills.
• The job requires regularly interacting with customers, members of the collection team and ops.
• Conflicts generally arise in such situations where people are looking at something with different perspective and hence skills for conflict resolution will help you significantly in excelling at your job.

Specific Responsibilities

• Initiating Arbitration proceedings against the delinquent customers.
• Drafting notices, agreements, replying to the notices.
• Monitoring Execution cases, Sec.138 cases.
• Ensure that all the legal action done properly and agreed turnaround times are honoured for all action initiated.
• Advising Collection Team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
