Role & responsibilities

• Litigation Management support - Preparation for legal documentation for Notices, Complaint filing, as well as preparation of Evidence. Coordinate with the Advocates for timely filing and compliance, and update them regarding the status of the cases.
• Administrative & Coordination - Maintaining the MIS of NI cases, handling the correspondence with the Advocates, scheduling the meetings and following up with the concern sales team
• Compliance & liasoning assistance - Coordinating with the Internal Department for legal documents such as ledger, debit notes, and processing the court fee, as well payment of professional fees and maintaining the statutory record. Work on various licences/permissions related to product sale permissions across states.
• Documentation & Case Management-Organise the legal file, manage the deadlines and ensure proper record keeping.
• Due Diligence for Assistance - Collecting, verifying and organising legal documents for audit purposes.
• Contract Review & Management - Review various contracts and work in coordination with Head of Legal
