Role Overview

We are looking for a Executive - Legal with 1-3 years of experience who will be primarily responsible for tracking litigation-related MIS, maintaining advocate records, managing case status updates, and ensuring timely follow-ups with external counsels. The role requires strong coordination, documentation discipline and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update Litigation MIS for all ongoing matters across courts/locations.
Maintain Advocate MIS: panel advocate list, performance status, allocations, etc.
Track all case dates, filings, hearings, and orders and keep the MIS updated on a real-time basis.
Send timely reminders and communication to panel lawyers on upcoming hearing dates, filing deadlines, and document submissions.
Collate orders, judgments, filings and ensure all documentation is properly archived and indexed.
Follow up with internal stakeholders (Operations, Collections, Credit, etc.) for documents required for cases.
Support with weekly litigation dashboards and status reporting.
Coordinate with Finance for advocate invoice processing, as per approved fee brackets.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor s degree in law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
1-2 years of experience in litigation coordination / legal operations / law firm litigation support.
Ability to work with large data and maintain structured MIS on Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong follow-up skills and disciplined communication capability.
Basic understanding of civil/DRT/consumer court litigation workflow preferred.
Ability to work under timelines with multiple matters simultaneously.
