Job Role: Executive Legal
Location: Mumbai - Andheri East
Job Type: Permanent
Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office)
Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
Weekends Off: Saturday and Sunday
Shift Timings: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM (with flexible start time, up to 10:30 AM)

Responsibilities:
1. Drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts such as License agreement, service agreement, vendor agreement, alliance agreements etc2. Drafting of consultant agreement, employment agreement, consent letters etc.3. Experience in drafting policies such as privacy policy, CCPA , GDPR and DPDP policies.4.Coordinating with external counsel, advising and assisting the company in filing Intellectual Property documents.
