Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager(Female) to lead our sales efforts for the Ridoji Dealership and Investment Plan. This is a critical role that requires a strategic thinker with a proven experience in B2C or B2B sales, ideally in the Finance, Real Estate, or Automotive/EV sector. You will be responsible for expanding our footprint, driving revenue growth, and building a strong network of dealers and investors who share our vision for sustainable mobility.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-Value Sales: Personally manage and close deals with key institutional investors, fleet operators, prospective Dealership Partners, and high-volume individual investors.
  • Dealer Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealership partners in your assigned territory.
  • Investment Plan Sales: Promote and sell the Ridoji Investment Plan to potential investors, highlighting its benefits, returns, and the value of our rental model.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing training, mentorship, and clear sales targets.
  • Market Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and achieve growth targets.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with dealership partners and investors, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, market trends in EV investment and franchise development, and adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent in Sales/Marketing is highly preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales manager role.
  • Proven experience in direct sales, dealership development, or franchise sales is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive, finance, or EV sector is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
