Outbound Calling:
Conduct a high volume of daily outbound calls to warm and cold leads provided by the marketing and sales departments.
Objection Handling:
Confidently address customer queries, concerns, and objections related to EV investment, finance, and asset management.
Lead Management:
Diligently track, manage, and update the status of all leads in the CRM system, ensuring a healthy pipeline.

2. Customer Engagement and Follow-up

Pitch Delivery:
Deliver engaging and concise tele-pitches that educate potential customers.
Documentation:
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all necessary investment documentation (KYC, Agreement forms) is accurately completed by the customer.
Follow-up:
Execute timely follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, and email to nurture leads and accelerate the sales cycle to meet monthly closing targets.

3. Performance and Reporting

Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Reporting:
Prepare daily and weekly reports on call activity, conversion rates, and pipeline health for the Sales Manager.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:
1-3 years of proven experience in tele-sales, outbound calling, or telesales of financial products (e.g., insurance, mutual funds, credit cards) or high-value assets (e.g., real estate, gold investments).
Language Skills:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) and MS Office Suite (Excel).
