Sales Manager

Sales Manager – Votch AI (Full-Time)Location:

• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → demos → pilots → closing.
• Run high-quality product demos that clearly showcase value across industries.
• Qualify inbound leads and drive outbound opportunities across LinkedIn, email, and partner channels.
• Work closely with founders to refine messaging, pricing, proposals, and negotiation strategy.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with the delivery team during pilots to ensure smooth onboarding and customer delight.
• Leverage CRM rigorously for tracking, reporting, and improving processes.
• Represent Votch at industry events, partner meetings, and customer workshops.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise tech sales experience
• Strong demo + storytelling skills
• Comfortable selling to CXOs, sales leaders, operations, and customer experience teams
• Experience selling to Real Estate, BFSI, D2C, Subscription, or Healthcare is a plus
• High ownership mindset — you can prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close independently
• Strong communication: English + regional languages (bonus)
• Highly comfortable with LinkedIn outbound, email outreach, and CRM-driven workflows
• Energetic, metrics-driven, and excited about AI-driven transformation
