Full Stack Developer – Votch AI (Full-Time)

Location: Coimbatore

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in building and scaling SaaS-based experience systems. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the frontend and backend, designing robust architectures, and delivering high-quality, user-centric products in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS applications with a strong focus on user experience and performance
• Build responsive, intuitive frontend interfaces and robust backend services
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
• Ensure application security, data protection, and performance optimization
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment
• Contribute to system architecture decisions and technical documentation
• Monitor and improve system reliability, scalability, and maintainability

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience building SaaS products or experience platforms
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar frameworks
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with authentication/authorization systems (OAuth, SSO, JWT)
• Exposure to performance monitoring and analytics tools
• Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
