Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and driving revenue growth. Key daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Sales Manager will also be involved in training and mentoring the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing sales teams
• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct market research and prepare sales reports
• Knowledge of compliance and company policies and procedures
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the finance industry & Team Development experience is a plus
• At least 4-5 Years sales experience in Unsecured BL\Secured Loans\Micro Lap
