Role Description

This full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager is based in Prayagraj. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing sales teams, and developing sales strategies. Additional tasks include monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, conducting regular performance reviews, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, strategic sales planning, and relationship building
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market data and trends
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
• Experience in financial services or lending sectors is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field, MBA preferred
• At least 5+ Years of sales experience mandatory
