Salary : RS 800000 to Rs 3000000 (Annually) + Incentives

Job Summary:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Individually contribute, Lead, mentor, and manage a team of bench sales recruiters to ensure high performance.
Connect with the candidates and bring them on bench.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the candidates.
Coordinate with the marketing team and delivery managers for smooth consultant placement.
Track and manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closure.
Negotiate contract rates and explain the charges to the candidates.
Maintain and update consultant marketing status and resolve their issues.
Conduct regular team performance reviews and provide training when necessary.
Ensure the compliance, maintain the confidentiality and increase the sales revenue.
Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance to upper management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in
bench sales or US IT recruitment
within the staffing industry.
Strong understanding of
US tax terms
(W2, 1099, C2C), and
visa classifications
(H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, etc.).
Proven track record of successfully bringing candidates on various technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience using (e.g., Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn etc).
Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any stream
Prior experience in training and managing teams.
