Understanding of technical roles such as Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, Network Administrators, etc. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Individually contribute, Lead, mentor, and manage a team of bench sales recruiters to ensure high performance. Connect with the candidates and bring them on bench. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the candidates. Coordinate with the marketing team and delivery managers for smooth consultant placement.
