This profile is based out of our office in Manali (Himachal Pradesh). Please do not apply if you cannot work from this office location.


Key Responsibilities


1. Lead Management & Conversion

  • Handle inbound leads from Meta ads, website forms, WhatsApp, Instagram, and referrals.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
  • Create customized itineraries and pricing based on customer needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with high conversion ratios.
  • Follow up consistently until closure while maintaining professionalism.


2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong communication with customers throughout their journey.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between operations, suppliers, and customers.
  • Resolve customer queries or escalations promptly and effectively.
  • Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.


3. Team Collaboration & Process Building

  • Train and guide junior sales executives (as company scales).
  • Help create internal SOPs for lead handling, sales flow, and customer experience.
  • Provide input to marketing team on customer behavior and trending destinations.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0-4 years of experience in travel industry sales.
  • Strong understanding of domestic and international travel markets.
  • Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
  • Ability to create and understand itineraries, costing, hotel categories, and visa processes.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • CRM familiarity (Like HubSpot/Zoho/freshsales).
  • Strong follow-up discipline and customer-first mindset.

  • Good negotiation skills with vendors and customers.
