To create focus on Insurance & Investment business and drive the business goals across branches, CBU & BBU
Plan and execute agenda for Insurance ( Life & General ) & Investment business
Drive Business across the branches , BBU, CBU, and ensure achievement of the segment goals
Ensure achieveing Product Per Customer by penetration across all ETB customers, besides NTB acquisition.
Responsible to plan and drive campaigns
Ensure resource activation / certifications across different cohorts
Ensure renewal / persistency of existing relationship and ensure 100% conversion
Build motivate and manage the team to drive the overall department agenda
Compliance and control Gate keeper of business & processes that take ownership and control of for escalations and resolve.
Ensure effective utilisation of business budgets to drive the overall departmental agenda
