Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in

    racking, shelving, and storage solutions

    .
  • Achieve monthly and annual

    sales and profit targets

    .
  • Prepare

    technical & commercial proposals

    , quotations, and tenders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with

    clients, contractors, and consultants

    .
  • Coordinate with

    design, engineering, and production

    teams for project execution.
  • Analyze

    market trends and competitor activities

    to plan sales strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors in

    Engineering or Business Administration

    (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years

    of experience in

    racking / storage systems / material handling equipment

    sales.
  • Strong

    communication, negotiation, and presentation

    skills.
  • Technical understanding of

    racking design, load capacity, and materials

    .
  • Proficient in

    MS Office and CRM tools

    .
