The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and service quality Role & responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for all customer quality concerns and complaints. Investigate customer issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to address customer feedback and implement improvements. Ensure customer requirements and specifications are clearly understood and met throughout the product lifecycle. Conduct product audits, inspections, and testing to verify conformance to quality standards. Maintain and analyze customer quality metrics, reporting trends and KPIs. Lead quality reviews and customer complaint meetings; document findings and action plans. Assist in developing and maintaining quality control plans, FMEAs, and process audits.
