Sales Manager Global Marketing (Techno Commercial Team Lead)

About the Role:

Angel Starch & Food Pvt Ltd is looking for a Sales Manager (Female) to lead a team of up to 15 Global Marketing Executives (Techno Commercial Consultant). The ideal candidate should be married and settled in Erode, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or international marketing. Experience in export-oriented documentation will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of up to 15 Techno Commercial Consultants / Global Marketing Executives.
Develop and execute sales strategies for international markets.
Supervise preparation of quotations, proforma invoices, and export-related documents.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with overseas clients and distributors.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Monitor sales performance and ensure team targets are achieved.
Identify new export opportunities and expand the companys global presence.

Requirements:

Gender: Female (Married and settled in/around Erode)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales/Marketing; experience in exports preferred
Education: MBA/PG in Marketing / International Business / Agri-Business preferred
Skills:

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of export documentation (preferred)

Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and ERP systems

Excellent command over English (written & spoken)
