Maintain detailed records of vendor and customer accounts, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date. Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of financial data related to sales and purchases. Prepare basic financial reports, such as monthly summaries of sales and purchases, to support management. Coordinate with the inventory team to maintain accurate records of product stock levels.
